At Rustic Collections, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We offer our customers shipping Australia wide & free pickup for orders placed through our online shop. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your products will be delivered, including processing times, delivery methods and delivery timeframes.

 

1. Processing time:

• All online orders are built to order and dispatched within 20 business days after they are placed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Australia wide shipping:

• We offer shipping Australia wide for our home decor products, furniture & pet feeders.
• At the moment due to the weight & size of our pet beds we do not ship these products. However, we are currently working on finding an affordable way to package & ship our pet beds, for our valued customers.
• Being a small business we are unable to absorb additional costs to provide free shipping. Our wine barrel products are priced fairly at the minimum cost to keep our business running. This is why we are transparent with the costs involved to package & ship each product.
• We ship our products via Australia Post using their standard shipping method.
• Delivery of online orders typically takes 2 to 5 business days for interstate metro areas and 3 to 6 business days for intrastate. Regional and remote locations can take anywhere  from 6 to 12 business days. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your location. All applicable taxes and fees are included in the total price at checkout.
• Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through Australia Post website using the provided tracking number.
• During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be extended due to increased demand. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.

 

3. Free pickup:

• We offer free pickup for all of our home decor, furniture & pet accessories products.
• It is really only beneficial for online order pickups if you live in our service area which covers Perths Metropolitan area & Perths Greater region.
• Free pickup of your online order is by appointment only of a weekday between 9am to 5pm from Rustic Collections workshop located in Baldivis.
